I’ve never met a better recruiter than Tom Challan.There are still, however, some positives and negatives to Tom’s teachings.

Who is Tom Challan?

Tom Challan is an extraordinary MLM recruiting coach who works in close conjunction with Dani Johnson. He is one of the most successful recruiters of all time, personally recruiting more than 500 distributors in one year into his primary business while working only 20 hours per week. He owns a lead company, Earn Pro, and he also offers weekly On the Job Training (O.J.T.) - which is Tom, dialing prospects live.

What does he teach?

Tom Challan has 3 main focuses in his training, they are prospecting, closing, and outsourcing. I met Tom several times over the course of a year at various Dani Johnson events. Tom’s unique approach has created financial independence in thousands of students, in countries all over the world.

I would have to say that Tom is one of the best examples in the MLM profession.

Tom recommends doing a majority of your recruiting from purchased leads.
